Work Environment

This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our supportive team. Your primary hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional need for evening or weekend appointments to meet client needs. This setup allows for a healthy work-life balance while still enabling effective client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs accurately.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, ensuring each plan is tailored to the specific circumstances of the client.
• Providing high-quality individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques appropriate for various disorders.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to formulate holistic and integrated treatment strategies for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided.
• Participating in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to refine skills and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele varies widely, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
