Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Dillsburg, PA for a 13-week contract . Great Opportunity that won't Last Long! Work in a fast-paced clinical setting Utilize EMR for patient care and medication management Experience the beauty and adventure of Pennsylvania during your assignment Requirements: BLS Certification (Required) Experience in clinical pharmacy & patient medication management Proficiency with MedHost EMR preferred Your Role: Ensure safe & effective medication management for patients Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans Educate patients & staff on medication use and safety The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, employees and designated areas of the hospital. The Pharmacist practice shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal and DEA laws, TJC Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: collaboration with Physicians on drugs and dosing, education of nursing staff, patients and physicians regarding medications, Medication Safety initiatives, patient profiles, avoidance and reporting of adverse drug reaction, mixing of IV admixtures and nutritional supplements and narcotic accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented Medical Solutions
