At Kaminsky's Dessert Café , we believe dessert is the main event, not just the end of a meal. Nestled in the heart of downtown Columbia, we're a warm, late-night destination where our team serves up towering milkshakes, decadent cakes, and dessert-forward cocktails-all with charm and care.

As the Front of House Manager , I'm building a team of vibrant, guest-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to leave a lasting impression. If you love engaging with guests, working collaboratively, and making magical moments, this is the place for you.

Kaminsky's is part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group , representing 9 distinctive restaurant concepts and over 15 locations across South Carolina. Each venue brings its own flavor-with the same heart and people-first culture.

Key Front-of-House Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit
Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience
Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café
Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision
Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service
Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently

You're a Great Fit If You Bring

A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus)
Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations
A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour. Salary negiotable
