Key Front-of-House Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit
• Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience
• Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café
• Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision
• Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service
• Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently

You're a Great Fit If You Bring

• A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus)
• Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations
• A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour. Salary negiotable

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per hour
