District Shift Leader — Fast-Track to General Manager

We spread joy and happiness through our food and community. General Manager We are looking for our next General Manager, and we have a path for those ready to rise. District Shift Leaders participate in a targeted development plan to learn how to be a bagel boss. Once the plan is complete, you will be next in line to take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager when a position is available. District Shift Leader District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed. Traveling provides the opportunity to gain further independence and learn from additional leaders. They lead during the absence of the General Manager. Shifts begin as early as 3 am for baking and opening duties. Leaders set an example, serve as brand ambassadors, coach and train teams, and keep a safe, clean environment. The development plan covers inventory, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting quality team members.
