*About the Role:*
*We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large, well-established insurance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.*
*What You'll Do:*

* Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
* Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls
* Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products
* Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
* Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
* Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success
*Required Qualifications:*

* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines)
* Associate's degree preferred
* Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools
* Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
