As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Hospital Access Control in Mission Viejo, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, corridors, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in designated areas, while offering directions and assistance to support daily operations at the location.
- Support staff during medical-related situations, visitor concerns, and/or after-hours activity by communicating with site contacts and following established post orders and response procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Hospital vaccine requirements must be met.
- A minimum of 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
