Description: CarePartners brings together multiple services. We are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care. This means helping each patient live the fullest, most rewarding life possible. We work closely with caregivers and families to ensure support is provided. Our facility is an inpatient center for acute rehabilitation. We offer rehabilitation programs for various illnesses, injuries, and conditions. These include stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation. CarePartners provides a full continuum of post-acute rehabilitative care. In many cases, we are the only healthcare provider in the region with these services. The number of beds in the facility is 65. Patient ratios are typically 5-6. CNAs are available for support on all shifts. We have a dedicated unit secretary for 11 hours. Equipment used includes IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts, and transfer equipment. The documentation system used is Meditech. Staffing does not float between units, as all units are connected and interchangeable. Experience in med-surg and rehabilitation is a plus. Certifications require BLS. The dress code consists of navy scrubs with white tops. The facility has an attractive environment with friendly staff. It is located in the mountains, offering lovely weather year-round. There are many recreational opportunities available in free time.
