TYPE OF JOB ORDER : BSN, RN Case Manager

START DATE : 6/7/26

REQUIRED SKILLS : recent 3 yrs. experience with DCP

#OF WEEKS : 13 weeks, most likely to extend

SHIFT/HOURS : ideally work 4/10's (7am-5pm or 8am-6pm) with every other Sunday, 2 weekends a month; will have some flexibility if consultant needs - 5/8's (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) plus 2 weekends a month

EXPECTED HOURS : 40 hours per week

LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ : RN, BSN, and must have NY license in hand
