Field Service Technician Team Lead - Retail Electronics

ActionLink is seeking a Technician Team Leader to guide a field-based team executing in-store retail experiences for leading consumer electronics brands. In this role, you will coordinate daily schedules, assign and inspect technical display set-ups, ensure planogram and merchandising compliance, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on demo units. You will coach and train technicians, track performance metrics, report results to managers and clients, and ensure brand standards are met across multiple retail locations. This position blends hands-on technical work, field leadership, and client-focused problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
