Lead OR Tech Radiology (X-Ray)
Full-time Lead OR Tech Radiology (X-Ray) in Cottonwood, AZ. Oversees daily OR radiology operations, ensuring high-quality imaging and seamless collaboration during surgical procedures. Requires a skilled Radiology Tech with strong operating room experience and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide imaging support during surgical and interventional procedures in the operating room
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the radiology tech team to ensure smooth OR operations
- Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during procedures
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain accurate patient imaging records and documentation
- Support ongoing staff education and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT (R) certification
- State of Arizona Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Preferred Skills:
- Operating Room experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
