Highlights Pay: $90,000 - $145,000/year Location: New Hyde Park, NY Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Manage, schedule, and assign daily duties to clinical staff. Assess the general performance of the clinical staff in the department. Perform technical procedures necessary for patient admissions. Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards of care. Develop and monitor staffing schedules and budgets. Identify research protocols affecting the patient population served. Develop unit goals and objectives with input from staff. Conduct monthly meetings to address staff concerns and performance metrics. Make recommendations for personnel growth and development. Oversee medication management and procurement. Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience required. 2-5 years of leadership/management experience required. Previous Pulmonary Medicine or related experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required. Specialized certifications as needed.
