We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who values teamwork, flexibility, and practicing good medicine in a supportive environment. One of our biggest differentiators is our culture. From an operations standpoint, we’re intentionally doctor centric and flexible. There’s no one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Schedules, case mix, and focus areas can be shaped around a doctor’s strengths, interests, and stage of life—whether that’s surgery, longer appointments, or a different workflow. That flexibility is cultural, not reactive. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000+ (based on experience), comprehensive benefits, paid licensing and dues, CE support, and paid parental leave. Full time and part time opportunities are available.
