Growth Manager, Paid Media (Fully Remote)

Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
Manage upper-funnel buys and run the paid program end to end.

What you'll do:

Build attribution and forecasting models to scale donor acquisition.
Run tests across creative, audience, and landing pages, and report bi-weekly.

What you'll bring:

3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing with paid media budget ownership.
Deep platform experience, a test-and-learn mindset, and strong ad design sense.
