Plastic Pipe Extrusion Operator

PrideStaff is looking for experienced Plastic Pipe Extrusion Operators for a manufacturing company in Modesto, CA!

Responsibilities Include the Following:

Set up and run PVC pipe extrusion lines.
Install dies and tooling, set temperature profiles, and adjust screw, puller, vacuum, and cooling to hold pipe within spec.
Perform in-process quality checks (OD, wall thickness, ovality), run size and color changeovers, complete production and QC records, and keep the line clean and safe.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include the Following:

1–3 years extrusion experience within the past year preferred
Must be comfortable with calipers and basic shop math
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Available for overtime
Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule: Full time, M-F from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (May vary)
Pay Range varies DOE: $20/HR to $30/HR
