We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Platform, web development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDLC, data modeling, API design, and technical leadership, with the ability to deliver scalable business solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications and integrations.

• Analyze business requirements and create technical solutions.

• Develop APIs and manage multi-platform data transfers using iPaaS tools.

• Support data modeling, web platform development, and system integrations.

• Participate in technical scoping, estimation, risk mitigation, and SDLC activities.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and architectural guidance.

• Promote documentation, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across multiple IT areas requiring advanced to expert-level knowledge of application systems design and integrations.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Advanced expertise in web platform development and data modeling.

• Strong analytical, research, documentation, and communication skills.

• Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong technical mastery in .NET/C#, Java, or Python.

• Broad understanding of frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure technologies.

• Experience with API design, iPaaS solutions, and enterprise data transfers.

• Ability to manage technical debt and code refactoring decisions.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and coding standards.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• FLAIR (Florida Accounting Information Resource) data transfers and transformations.

• PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management) data transfers and transformations.

• Snowflake pipeline creation.

• Team Dynamix iPaaS.

• Odoo.
