Restoration Project Manager

The Restoration Project Manager leads assigned mitigation and restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role oversees teams, coordinates resources, manages project financials and documentation, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include evaluating losses and job-site conditions, preparing accurate estimates, leading restoration teams, setting daily priorities, serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring project documentation is accurate, managing project costs, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum 7 years of mitigation and restoration experience, proficiency in Xactimate, working knowledge of time-and-materials billing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and IICRC certification preferred.

Work schedule includes full-time position with occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call work based on project needs, local and out-of-area travel may be required, and must be able to inspect active restoration job sites safely.

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 based on experience, includes performance-based incentive opportunity.
