Job Description

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties include:

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Current New York State License - RN.
