- Build value
- Educate homeowners
- Present options
- Close work the right way
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Run service calls like a pro - from first knock to final signature
- Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
- Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
- Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
- Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed
- MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Strong residential service experience
- Comfortable selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Open to service, installs, and branch-line drain work
- Professional, confident, customer-first mindset
- $95,000-$150,000+ annual compensation (our top performers blow past this)
