Scrum Master/ Power BI

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help advance Agile practices within a growing organization. This role requires a strong tactical Scrum leader who can effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, support Product Owners, and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will help establish consistent Agile processes, improve team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective application of Scrum practices
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile principles and delivery best practices
- Drive backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and capacity forecasting
- Identify and remove impediments while proactively addressing delivery risks
- Support project planning, resource forecasting, and delivery commitments
- Work with Power BI team to map data into lakes, optimize, and pull data back out
- Establish Agile standards, processes, and collaboration frameworks across teams
- Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
- Strong facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience helping organizations mature their Agile practices
- Supply Chain experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Azure/Databricks, and Oracle EBS environments is a plus
- Dashboard and lake mapping experience preferred
