What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll work directly with potential customers in your assigned territory and manage the sales process from beginning to end.

• Meet and engage with potential customers through face-to-face field sales.

• Start conversations and build genuine rapport with a variety of people.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and goals.

• Present insurance solutions clearly and explain their value.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Guide customers through the decision-making and purchasing process.

• Negotiate and close sales while providing a positive customer experience.

• Manage your daily schedule, territory, and sales activities.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Consistently work toward individual sales and activity goals.

Insurance Licensing

You must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license .

Training and support are available to help qualified candidates develop their insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling within the assigned territory.

• Mobile device with cellular data.

• Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

Earning Potential

This is a commission-based opportunity where your income is tied directly to your sales performance.

Top representatives may earn approximately $60,000–$198,000 annually , depending on individual performance.
