Senior Regulatory Operations Manager

Seeking a full-time Senior Regulatory Operations Manager, the successful candidate will develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives to unlock supply growth in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute regulatory initiatives to support supply growth and mitigate risks Lead the creation and management of scaled compliance programs across various verticals Analyze strategic opportunities for risk reduction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, or related fields Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build relationships with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills with experience in data utilization; SQL knowledge is a plus Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality Demonstrated ability to adapt priorities quickly and make informed decisions in dynamic environments
