The AERO Specialties Warehouse Supervisor manages department tasks and ensures the achievement of daily, short-term, and long-term goals in productivity. This individual is responsible for maintaining an organized and safe warehouse space and finds ways to maximize efficiencies in processes and procedures.

And someone who can:

• Picking and packing orders from all warehouse locations
• Baan knowledge as related to inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, printing orders, shipping, transferring items to different warehouse/shelf locations
• Completion of regular cycle counts as directed by Accounting
• Assist with the scheduling of small package shipments as needed to meet business needs
• Back up crating area to ensure shipment schedules are met
• Double and triple check orders to ensure accuracy 
• Managing TLD Intranet Tasks daily
• Managing the crating schedule and priorities within the computer systems and coordinating with the sales team as necessary
• Submit requisitions to Purchasing for boxes, supplies, and needed tools for the shipping area
• Monthly maintenance of the foam gun
• Boxing towbar heads and managing shelf locations for them
• Coordination of the shipment of materials to trade shows as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of yard and warehouse
• Daily warehouse sanitation

Requirements

What qualifies someone for this position?

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Above average knowledge of computers
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license and possess an acceptable safe driving record
• Be able to operate a forklift and complete our internal forklift training program
• Basic carpentry skills and ability to utilize hand tools 
• Aviation parts and carpentry experience is a plus
