Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Henderson, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00)
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant for an opportunity in Henderson, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience and possess a Texas PTA License. This position involves working with patients in a variety of rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Support patients in their recovery through various rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interactions.
- Engage with patients to encourage adherence to therapy programs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current Texas PTA License is required.
- Experience with various rehabilitation and therapy techniques, including but not limited to post-operative care and treatment for cognitive disorders.
