RN Weekend Supervisor Company: Aviata at Santa Barbara Location: 216 Santa Barbara Blvd, Cape Coral 33991 Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday from 7a-7p. Job Summary Aviata at Santa Barbara, a part of Aviata Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our family! Responsibilities Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required Must possess current Wound Care and CPR certifications Minimum of one (1) year of Wound Care experience required, (2) years preferred Benefits Pay rate: Competitive.
