UX Designer

Location: Atlanta GA/Dallas TX

Experience: 6+ Years of Exp.

Role Description

Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for enterprise-scale applications as part of a UI modernization initiative.

Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into effective user experiences.

Drive UX activities across the full design lifecycle including user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability validation.

Create and maintain UX artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications aligned with enterprise design systems.

Use Figma as the primary design, prototyping, and collaboration platform for UI/UX delivery.

Leverage AI-powered design tools and VIBE Coding practices to accelerate ideation, design exploration, experience prototyping, and design-to-code alignment.

Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across modernized UI platforms while aligning with business and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Proficiency Levels

User Experience Design - End-to-end UX process: discovery, personas, journey mapping, interaction design, usability testing - Level 4

UI Modernization - Experience redesigning or modernizing legacy applications with improved usability and visual consistency - Level 4

Figma (Design Tooling) - Advanced Figma usage: components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping, collaboration workflows - Level 4

Wireframing & Prototyping - Low- and high-fidelity wireframes; interactive prototypes using Figma and related tools - Level 4

Visual & Interaction Design - Layout, typography, color theory, interaction patterns, responsive and adaptive design - Level 4

Design Systems - Working with enterprise design systems, reusable components, and UX governance - Level 3–4

Accessibility & Usability - WCAG guidelines, inclusive design principles, usability heuristics, UX metrics - Level 4

UX Research & Validation - User interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, data-driven design decisions - Level 3–4

AI-Assisted UX Tools - Use of AI tools for ideation, content generation, usability insights, and design optimization - Level 3–4

VIBE Coding - Experience with AI-driven design-to-code workflows, prompt-based UI generation, rapid prototyping, and design-engineering collaboration using AI - Level 3–4

Developer Collaboration - Ability to hand off designs with clear specifications and support UI developers during implementation - Level 4
