Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service person to join our team. This position will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service.

Responsibilities include

Respond to phone calls, emails and chat with in person customers

Process orders and scheduling of work orders

Maintain detail data entry in scheduling and timing of work orders and appointment bookings

Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency

High School Education ( Associates Degree preferred )

Previous Customer Service Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Word, Calendar, Excel
