Residential Mental Health Clinician - Recovery-Focused

To help people experiencing psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, stress, workplace issues, family problems, relationship issues or issues related to abuse. USA Family Well Being Services is seeking a clinician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team serving adults and children with mental health and substance use needs in a residential setting in Portland. The clinical model is person-centered and recovery-focused utilizing best practices to build a supportive therapeutic environment. The clinician will work closely with each individual to develop recovery goals and support interventions to help achieve those goals. Clinician works as part of a collaborative team environment and also serves as a positive role model for all program staff. This position pays $55 per Hours. Must have one of the following Maine State Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Conditional Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-CC); and/or Certified Social Worker/Independent Practice (CSW/IP), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field LCSW, LCPC, conditional license considered Experience working with Addiction and Co-Occurring Disorders Work is performed in designated clinical and program settings.
