Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our structure, you will take on critical functions that directly influence the well-being of young adults aged 18 to 30. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions that create safe environments for clients to share experiences and support each other's growth.

  • Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling sessions to assist clients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

  • Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans focused on their unique goals and challenges, ensuring client involvement in the process.

  • Monitoring Progress: Assess and document clients’ progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

You will be primarily serving a patient population comprising young adults aged 18 to 30, a group often navigating pivotal life transitions alongside intense mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
