Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview Global Law Firm is searching for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-stakes litigation matters. This is a career-track opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to step into a lead role—working closely with attorneys on major cases while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices across litigation support. What You’ll Do Manage all aspects of litigation case support, including discovery, filings, and trial preparation Lead coordination for trials, arbitrations, and hearings, including logistics and vendor management Oversee document management systems and ensure efficient organization and retrieval of case materials Implement and manage calendaring systems to track filings and deadlines Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and assist with legal research Partner with attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors to support case strategy and execution Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and support staff on complex matters Drive process improvements and establish best practices across litigation workflows What You Bring 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm Hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including trial and arbitration support Strong knowledge of e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Nuix, etc.) and litigation support tools Experience with court filings (including e-filings) and case management systems Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw Strong understanding of Bluebook citation and cite-checking Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across teams Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or guiding junior staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
