We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying organized, and helping build a growing startup from the ground up.About the PositionBoot Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and production coordination to ensure every customer receives timely, knowledgeable assistance throughout their Boot Solutions experience. You'll answer phone calls, respond to customer messages, coordinate production workflow, organize incoming orders, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders move efficiently from customer inquiry through production and fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, tracking orders, scheduling workflow, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with office administration, and providing general operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service experienceProfessional and confident communicatorHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to learn bootfitting concepts and product knowledgeAdministrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferredExperience with order management, scheduling, CRM software, or customer databases is a plusSki industry or bootfitting experience preferred, but not requiredStartup mindset with the flexibility to adapt as processes evolve
