Job Location - Buyer
\nTitle - Snow Hill, NC
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Run daily MRP reports and purchase materials in support of production schedule for all purchasing parts other than Outside Processing and Supporting Components per procedure. \n
- Manage your suppliers to assure on time delivery and consistent quality. \n
- Negotiate with your suppliers to ensure optimal pricing. \n
- Negotiate Terms with your suppliers. \n
- Source and certify new suppliers with the assistance of the Procurement Agent. \n
- Expedite delayed orders. \n
- Resolve issues related to inventory returns, and replacements. \n
- Negotiate best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements. \n
- Purchasing requisition items per procedure. \n
- Work with accounting to correctly use accurate general ledger accounts for non-inventory purchases. \n
- Keeps department reports updated. \n
- Other duties as required. \n
Working Hours - 7.30am to 4pm - Monday to Friday

\n• High School Diploma
