That’s the rhythm of this role: solve, improve, sustain.Your missionBe the go-to troubleshooter for equipment and process issues, including process control systems.Use statistical process control to enhance batch quality and consistency.Lead and facilitate efficiency initiatives—owning them through to verified, realized benefits.Grow through hands-on involvement in small-scale capital projects.Collaborate with vendors to set specifications, evaluate against standards, and procure the right solutions.Coordinate with in-house maintenance and external contractors to execute repairs and improvements.Reimagine layouts by analyzing space and workflow to optimize safety, efficiency, and throughput.Your growth pathDevelop stronger project leadership while managing multiple initiatives at once.
