for their HCs by managing all administrative and support tasks required to help them locate and hire talent.

This person enjoys communicating with potential applicants and assisting them in finding their next career. They perform best in a fast-paced work setting. A highly organized and detail-oriented person is needed for this role to support our team in providing clients with a smooth and excellent customer experience. It helps to be able to work independently and seek out information when necessary, as well as to be creative when addressing problems and to provide excellent customer service and communication. This position will be in the office, but will transition into a hybrid model once you’ve achieved success in the role. Applicants must be within commuting distance of Kennett Square, PA, to be considered.

You must love checklists and systems, have a strong desire to serve and support others, and want to grow. A majority of your time will be spent connecting with and speaking to applicants both on the phone and on video (Zoom/Google Meet) to get to know them better and help find the right fit for the job.
