Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with neurology experience for an on-site role in a Telephone Triage Call Center. The candidate will provide essential support to patients and healthcare providers through effective communication and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone triage for patients experiencing neurological issues.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical advice and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care strategies.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in neurology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and telephone triage systems.

Day shift, 5 days a week, working 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30.
