What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Manage a patient ratio of 1 to 4, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in Epic EMR system
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing critical interventions
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Participate in rotating weekends as part of scheduled shifts
What You Need
Required:- Active RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- TNCC certification
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
