Cleveland Construction is hiring a Lead Superintendent for a project in Oak Creek, WI. This role would be perfect for an experienced commercial Superintendent with experience with large travel center fuel station work and who is willing to travel short-term and long-term once the project is complete. We are looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership of the job site, delivers safe and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead the field team and daily on-site construction operations 

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections 

• Coordinate with municipal officials and project owners 

• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance 

• Maintain project documentation and reporting 

What We’re Looking For  

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 

• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software 

• OSHA 30 certified, preferred 

• Travel, required
