Interfaces with hospital personnel and local leadership to develop and administer construction projects in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and organization guidelines. Develops scope, schedule and budget for potential projects, executes against scope, schedule and budget commitments on approved projects, benchmarks project performance to industry best practices, adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
