Monitoring Sales Representative - Acute Care and Monitoring (MD/DC)

Medtronic seeks a Monitoring Sales Representative to drive sales growth for respiratory and monitoring solutions across acute care settings in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The role involves territory management, clinical education, and relationship building with hospital stakeholders in ICU and procedural sedation departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand territory through territory management, planning, and sales execution
- Plan and execute work to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide product expertise and clinical education to hospital staff and end users
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the region
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and resolve customer technical issues
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- OR Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales background preferred
- Experience selling into acute care environments and managing individual sales quotas
