Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ (85083) Employment Type: Temp to Perm Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $21.00-$23.10/hr (plus applicable shift differential) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM for the first 4 weeks, then transition to a 12‑hour compressed production schedule (day and night shifts available) About Acara Solutions Acara Solutions is a leading recruiting and workforce solutions provider committed to connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. What You’ll Do Learn and apply manufacturing and engineering processes while adhering to established procedures Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to support consistent production quality Assist with installation and qualification testing of automated material handling systems (AMHS) Monitor and support the performance of AMHS equipment in a cleanroom environment Safely transport materials manually when required Job Requirements What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
