We are looking for motivated leaders to join our team. CC Holdings Restaurant Group offers employee benefits, insurance contributions, and growth opportunities! We are a locally-owned and operated Restaurant Group with Cafe locations all around the Indianapolis area. We serve healthy food options to our customers and offer high-quality, gourmet coffee.
Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and promotes the use of the Companies “Heart Culture”
- Fosters a culture of “total customer experience"
- Identifies problems and coaches others to help solve them.
- Consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers.
- Motivates crew members to work to exceed customer expectations.
- Motivates team members to continually increase sales through hospitality and service to customers.
- Assist the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends.
- Adheres to all Company cash handling policies and procedures.
- Becomes proficient in all areas of the café. (Sandwich, Smoothies, Specialty Drinks and Prep)
Position Requirements:
- Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food.
- Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency.
- Technically proficient (MS Office Suite)
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
- Minimum 2 years manager experience
