We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to define and execute the project delivery for our employee-facing AI and automation platform.How you'll make a difference:Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platformCoordinate how Klaviyo employees interact with AI-powered tools that automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual overhead across the organizationBuild and scale employee-facing automation workflowsDrive AI-powered integrations through cross-functional stakeholder coordinationPartner with IT and Business OperationsChampion AI adoption across the organizationEstablish and track project delivery metricsCollaborate with Security and ComplianceEvaluate new AI vendors and platformsServe as an internal project lead for AIDefine the long-term project delivery planWho you are:5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software delivery, internal tools, or employee-facing projectsProven experience in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and delivery success for automation or integration projectsExperience managing the project delivery of AI and ML capabilities, including LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or intelligent automation systemsDemonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations stakeholdersDeep experience translating ambiguous operational problems into clear, actionable project requirements and budget tracking frameworksExpertise in project management tools and methodologies with the ability to define, measure, and communicate delivery impactExpertise in enterprise tool ecosystems with strong working knowledge of Slack, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, and similar platformsMassachusetts Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Base Pay Range For US Locations: $112,000–$168,000 USD. This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
