Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen operation, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of all prep-, dish-, and barware. Dishwashers must be highly organized, efficient, and have great attention to detail. We are seeking a team player for Evelyn's kitchen on the pm shift.

What you'll be doing

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, silverware, etc.
• Inspect dishware, glassware, silverware, etc. to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain an organized work area and functional stock of supplies.
• Assist in general kitchen and work area cleanliness including but not limited to surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Work orderly and efficiently to meet the demands of the business.
• Properly store cleaned items in an organized, safe, and secure manner.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by kitchen and restaurant leadership.

Job requirements

• Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Speak, read, and write in primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Stand and walk constantly throughout the workday.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.
