Canvass Supervisor- Leadership Role

We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Recruit new team members and help develop your and your team’s skills. Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $22.50/hour base pay Requirements Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Available Monday – Saturdays The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs A valid driver’s license and A good driving record is essential for this role.
