Service Manager – Mills Automotive Group We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team at Mills Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations within our service department, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the service department to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians. Ensure service quality and timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive reviews. Develop and implement strategies to improve service department performance and profitability. Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to optimize overall dealership operations. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and repair standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with service management software and related technology. Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Charlotte, NC.
