Job SummaryWe are seeking a Manager to join our Corporate Development team, tasked with spearheading the integration of surgery centers across our national portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage complex projects while working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and demonstrating critical thinking skills essential for driving successful integration initiatives. Individual will be onboarded by and work closely with the Director, Integration & Special Projects. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of newly acquired surgery centers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelinesConduct comprehensive review of acquired centers, identifying key areas for integration and improvementDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for integration activities, tracking progress and addressing potential roadblocksDrive cross-functional coordination among operations, revenue cycle, HR, IT, clinical, and other workstreams through integrationSupport restructuring projects, conducting due diligence, and assisting in the development of optimization strategiesPrepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing project statuses, risks, and recommendationsQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, potentially in consulting, project management, or operationsExperience in healthcare or related industries is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex situations and provide actionable recommendationsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within designated timelinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools*** This position will sit onsite at our corporate office in Dallas, TX*** Skills & Attributes:Detail-oriented with a strategic mindsetSelf-motivated and proactive in problem-solvingStrong communication and relationship building skillsAdaptable and able to navigate ambiguity effectively#LI-JS1Organization DescriptionCareers at Tenet At Tenet Healthcare, the heart of what we do centers on caring with compassion, which ultimately creates a bond between our caregivers and patients.
