Your Role: Residential Service Electrician

As a Residential Service Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in occupied homes. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will serve as a direct representative of the company, delivering reliable solutions and clear communication to homeowners while ensuring quality workmanship on every service call.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes

• Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.)

• Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions

• Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings

• Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes

• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work

• Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems

• Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners

• Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED.

• Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen.
