Location: Olathe, KS

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Shift Requirements: No nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, active, and motivated Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this dual-impact role, you will support our clinical dental team in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring seamless clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Assist the dentist side-by-side during comprehensive dental examinations and procedures.

• Preparation & Safety: Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently, ensuring all dental instruments are properly sterilized and organized.

• Diagnostics: Take high-quality dental X-rays and assist clinical staff with patient impressions.

• Patient Care & Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, chart patient details, and guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and empathy.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to a supportive, drama-free workplace.

Position Requirements

• Education/License: Dental Assistant certification or license is preferred (but we will consider highly motivated new graduates looking to launch their careers).

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent clinical communication, and a sharp attention to detail.
