Job Title: Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Part Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one, in-home care for an individual client. The ideal candidate will support daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and promote independence while maintaining the client’s dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Dressing and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying living spaces)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Provide medication reminders (no administration unless certified/authorized)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
