You will be responsible for driving end-to-end retail development - ensuring that design, construction, and execution align with brand strategy, global creative direction, and financial objectives.Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.* Lead end-to-end planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.* Develop and manage project tools (e.g., schedules, budgets, timelines, resource forecasts) to track progress, deliverables, and workload.* Partner cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.* Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools.* Drive design development for longer-lead projects such as flagship locations.* Lead high-level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle.We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
