Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Bethlehem, PA. In this onsite role, you'll help residents build independence and safety through individualized, hands-on occupational therapy. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering treatment interventions and modalities under the supervising OT
• Supporting ADLs, functional mobility, and adaptive equipment training
• Documenting clearly in the EMR and keeping plans of care current
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicating with residents/families

Required:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in geriatric and/or skilled nursing settings
• Strong interpersonal communication, resident-centered mindset, and comfort with documentation software
